A literature review of the characterisation of biofertiliser, including aspects related to:
- Food waste feedstock - a detailed description of the organic materials used
- Agricultural benefits - A summary of peer-reviewed research comparing biofertiliser to conventional fertilisers
- Accreditation and risk management - An overview of New Zealand accreditation schemes and strategies for managing contaminants
- Application and storage - Practical considerations for handling and storing biofertilser
- Social considerations - An exploration of public perception and societal factors influencing biofertiliser use in New Zealand
